Audubon Development saw opportunity in a raw, undervalued tract of land directly under the flight path to McCarran Airport, despite its multiple challenges. Dale Matteson’s vision of industrial chic loft/gallery space, with 21-foot ceilings and raw cement floors, proved successful. The project sold to capacity within five years of construction completion, showing its value despite a down market.
